Mr. Huang is a principal in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice includes general intellectual property management, patent strategy and analysis, supervision of domestic and foreign patent application programs, complex prosecution, opinions, and due diligence projects. He emphasizes creative and strategic planning and implementation. The work spans a broad range of technologies and types of clients, including individuals, startups, mid-sized businesses, large corporations, and research institutions. Technical areas of Mr. Huang's patent prosecution work include electronic circuits and devices, computer hardware and software, displays, mobile phone chipsets, signal processing, telecommunication systems, lithography systems, optical systems and devices, optical disc drive controllers, medical devices, power systems, neutron detectors, mass spectrometers, semiconductor manufacturing and devices, nanodevices, recording media, mechanical devices, Internet ad targeting, database management, and methods of doing business.

Mr. Huang received his J.D. from University of Washington in 2001, M.S.E.E. from National Chiao Tung University in 1994, and B.S.E.E. from National Taiwan University in 1992.
