Amy Ling
Ms. Ling is an associate at K&L Gates, a prestigious law firm, with practice focus primarily on corporate and transactional law for emerging and middle market companies in the domestic and international arena. Ms. Ling advises public and privately held companies on matters pertaining to financing, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, securities laws, licensing, securities offerings, joint ventures and regulatory matters. Representative clients include companies in a variety of areas, including biotechnology, alternative energy, software, consumer goods, medical devices, education, financial services and investments and e-commerce. Ms. Ling's experience also includes counseling companies in reverse mergers, private equity and venture capital investments, PIPE financings, and entry onto the Alternative Investment Market (AIM) of the London Stock Exchange.
She obtained J.D. from Harvard Law School (2006) and B.S. from University of California, Berkeley (2002) with Highest Honors.
